A close second is The Harvard Business Review, as this is one of the most efficient ways to stay on top of business-relevant research (if you don’t have time to read the articles, do check out the IdeaCasts). I like Fortune Magazine’s articles around Fortune 500 and the 100 Top Employers to Work For. In addition, I am a fan of Fast Company, because I get inspired by the innovative practices. Finally, the TED Conference videos expose me to topics ranging from desert architecture to the way bacteria communicate, and make me wonder… how we might structure organizations more efficiently or create more vibrant cultures.
